The project encompassed the creation of a full brand identity for the activation, along with the development of gameplay mechanics that extended the TMNT storyline into a live basketball experience. Efforts also included directing spatial and 3D design, ensuring the 2D world of the Turtles translated seamlessly into an immersive physical environment. Every detail, from branding to environment design, was crafted to heighten the sense of discovery and cultural crossover.
